Outdoor Wood Pellet and Corn Furnaces

The Maxim outdoor wood pellet and corn furnace is installed outside, next to your home like a central air conditioning unit or up to 500 feet away, and works with any existing heating system. A water jacket surrounds the furnace firebox and heated water is circulated to the home or building through insulated underground tubes. Water-to-air or water-to-water heat exchangers or direct circulation conveys the heat into the structure’s forced-air furnace, boiler or radiant floor heating system. This allows for normal thermostatic control of temperature for safe, even and comfortable heat

St. Croix Pellet, Corn, Wheat or Rye Furnaces

With clean-burning fuels as your energy source, you create fewer emissions than conventional fuels. You also become more independent from traditional fuels, saving you money on heating costs. Check out the specifications for the SCF-050 and the Revolution furnaces.

The SCF-050 supplies supplemental heat in conjunction with your present heating system, or it can be used as a stand alone heater.  A unique clinker and ash removal system allows continuous furnace operation. The Solid State Control Board features five firing rates with thermostatic control. Simple "through-the-wall" exhaust venting eliminates the need for expensive chimneys. This furnace is not designed to be a sole source of heat.

The Revolution furnace is designed to burn pellets, corn, wheat or rye. It has a revolutionary, patent-pending burnpot and a dual hopper ignition system. There are four individual programs for multi-fuel use and the Revolution can be used for supplemental heat or as a stand-alone heater. This multi-fuel furnace puts out 60,000 BTU and has a 1,000 CFM blower. It is self-cleaning and self-igniting. Pellets are used for lighting the furnace, then switches to the chosen fuel in the main hopper. The Revolution pot self-cleans every two hours without the unit ever shutting down. We do not recommend the Revolution furnace as a sole source of heat.
